The construction of a project of this nature will create hundreds of jobs for its operation and maintenance. Sardinians will be trained to work in this renewable and hydrogen industry of high potential.
Renewstable projects will put Sardinia at the forefront of the hydrogen innovation with the implementation of bankable projects delivering clean power, much needed to achieve a grid-friendly penetration of renewables. This will result to the development of what is known as the Hydrogen economy. Such projects will be replicated in other locations resulting thus to the generation of demand for these components of the plants that generate and use Hydrogen.
LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The Renewstable® Sardidrogeno project provides clean power to the national grid. The produced power will support development of Sardinia’s economic potential in priority sectors such as industry, agriculture and tourism sectors. The project will create jobs for more than 100 people for its construction and operation stages.
ACCESS TO CLEAN AND STABLE ENERGY
The Renewstable ® Sardidrogeno project improves Sardinian people access to reliable, stable, and zero carbon electricity. No fossil fuel, chemical, or toxic substances involved in the project. The project fully relies on renewable energy resources and hydrogen storage runs on the water cycle of pure water steam. The Renewstable® Sardidrogeno will also deliver baseload power and support grid stability.
RESILIENCE
The Renewstable ®project will be built to withstand the local weather conditions. Using the most advanced technology, the solar plant will be tailored to the unique geographic condition of the region. The energy storage elements will be containerized to minimize the impact on the land. The locally produced electricity reduces Sardinia’s energy dependency on other countries such as Russia or United States.
